He has operated as President of his own insurance brokerage in Niverville, as a senior executive at a fifteen-branch organization and he most recently holds a position of Business Development Manager with Hub International. Ray is passionate about his community and helping people find success in what it is they love to do.

After a year of education studies at the University of Winnipeg, Cara elected to work in the small business sector and never left. She worked in retail for awhile, and then moved to a Winnipeg distribution company where she spent eight years working in inventory, purchasing, marketing, accounting and HR. Cara is passionate about her community and is keen to take on new endeavours where she can utilize her exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
